Non-Custom Items
What is your return policy? Can I return my order?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Items Ordered for Pickup
Due to limited storage space, we will hold items for 90 days after they are completed, after that time they will be recycled.
Refund
Unused, unopened with original packaging, and uncustomized items can be returned for a full refund less shipping.
Shipping
Shipping is based on item weight. Items typically ship via USPS or FedEx. In stock items will ship within 3 days. Customized items have a 2 week lead time. Free local pickup is available when item purchased over phone or in store.
Custom Items
What is your return policy? Can I return my order?
The industry standard for customized products dictates a no-return, no-refund policy. However, if an order is received and it does not match the approved proof due to an error in production, please contact us providing the order and product number. If an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly reprint the order. The order details cannot be changed when processing the reprint. If there is any issue on an order received, notify us within 15 days of receiving the product; any later than this no complaint will be entertained. We will do everything we can to create a solution. In no event shall Trophy House be responsible for consequential damages.
